Known as SF-SAC 30, this package contains three electrostatic Super Air Clean Filters. One is used as the standard exhaust filter in many Miele canisters. It is designed for those desiring outstanding filtration but who do not have dust related sensitivities which require the level of filtration that meets the stringent HEPA specification.

When purchasing a box of Miele paper bags, you will also received one of these filters plus the electrostatic secondary filter packaged with them.

This genuine Hoover HEPA Cartridge Filter fits inside the Twin Chamber® Dirt Container on all Hoover Bagless uprights. It consists of a cylinder shaped cartridge with fanfold filter media between the black vinyl ends. This long life filter has a coating similar to teflon which makes it very easy to clean. It can even be washed by holding it under running water. Hoover recommends replacing this filter every three to six months. This filter has been replaced by package #40140201 which contains one "Type 201" filter #42611049.

This fanfold design provides a large filter media area for reduced resistance to air flow while producing a very high level of filtration which meets the stringent HEPA specification.   Show Less

This hybrid exhaust filter combines a Certified HEPA Filter with a thin layer of Activated Charcoal to provide simultaneous HEPA filtration and trapping of unpleasant odors. It should be replaced every 12 months with typical household use.
