This SEBO 8351GS is a combination Rug/Bare Floor Tool with a top mounted lever to switch between carpets and bare floors. For bare floors a brush strip around the perimeter pops out to provide non-scratching brushing action. Notches along the front allow dirt to easily enter the nozzle. For carpets and rugs, the brush strip is recessed, allowing the channeled steel sole plate to contact the carpet, pulling air through the nap to clean it.

This Miele 2-Section Aluminum Telescopic Wand #06801181 is light weight and very convenient with its large latch release pads and adjustable length. It is 26 3/8" long when fully extended and 16 1/2" long collapsed. Most people will find it to be too short to be used with a floor brush so an additional telescopic wand may be preferred. This is the wand that is packaged with all Miele S7 and Dynamic U1 upright vacuums on which it fits along the side of the vacuum attached to the hose.
