This genuine Hoover Fanfold Cartridge Filter provides a large filter media area for dry pickup with a Hoover Wet/Dry Utility Vacuum. It is 5 5/8" high with a black vinyl enclosure on one end and a thick vinyl seal on the open end. A metal grill around the inside reinforces the filter media. The seal has a 6 7/8" outside diameter and 5 1/2" inside diameter.
