This genuine Hoover HEPA Exhaust Filter Cartridge fits all Hoover Savvy, Dual V and V2 Technology uprights. It is typically used when these vacuums are configured for use with paper bags. The Hoover Foam Exhaust Filter #38766028 is typically used in the bagless configuration.

This fanfold cartridge filter provides a large filter media area for dry pickup. The filter media can be rinsed under running water for easy cleaning. This cartridge filter is 6 5/8" high with thick rubber seals at both open ends. A metal grill around the inside reinforces the filter media. The seals have 7 1/2" outside diameters and 5 7/8" inside diameters. This filter was previously know by #903-04.   Show Less
