This unique AirTeQ combination nozzle has streamlined airflow for uninterrupted floor contact, superior cleaning results and minimum energy use. It performs well on all smooth flooring and low-pile carpeting. It has top mounted levers to easily switch between carpets and bare floors.

For bare floors brush strips around the perimeter pop out to provide a non-scratching brushing action. Notches along the front allow dirt to easily enter the nozzle. For carpets and rugs, the brush strip is recessed, allowing the channeled sole plate to contact the carpet, pulling air through the nap to clean it. This attachment has a long tab on its elbow to mate with the parking slots on the Miele S2, S4, S5, S6, S8, C1, C2 and C3 Series canister vacuums.   Show Less

This is a combination tool with a top mounted lever to switch between carpets and bare floors. For bare floors a brush strip along the front and squeege along the back pop out to provide soft, non-scratching cleaning action. Notches along the front of the brush allow dirt to easily enter the nozzle. For carpets and rugs, the brush strip and squeege are retracted, allowing the channeled steel sole plate to contact the carpet, pulling air through the nap to clean it. Using this Miele Direct Connect Electric Wand with all internal electrical connections takes the convenience of attachment use to a new level. External cords have disappeared as well as the need to manually plug and unplug them. Adding to its convenience are its large latch release pads and adjustable height to match your stature.
