The Eureka Mighty Mite series cleaners are compact canisters with
standard attachments. This cleaner does not come with a power nozzle
so it isn't as effective on carpets as power teams and uprights are.
This is nice to team with a powerful upright for cleaning your home.
While an optional HEPA
filter will fit on this Sanitaire Compact Canister, it is not completely sealed
so fine dust can exit before reaching the HEPA filter. Unfortunately,
a significant amount of the air which passes through the vacuum WILL NOT
go through an optional HEPA filter to be cleaned by it. Instead, it will
exit the vacuum through seventeen 1/4" diameter holes in the case hidden
behind each of the large rear wheels. As a result, we DO NOT RECOMMEND
this vacuum for those who suffer from dust related allergies or asthma.
