In July 2006 Miele reconfigured this model to
include the STB 205-3 Turbobrush and
SBB 300-3 Parquet Floor Brush.
Previously the Miele S4210 Antares Galaxy Vacuum included the
SBD 450-3 Rug and Floor Tool
instead of these two specialty attachments. If you don't need a special
carpet attachment with revolving brush roll, the
Miele S4210 Carina is still configured the way
the Miele Antares had been.
The Miele Antares Galaxy Vacuum's Sealed System™ is designed to
accommodate the optional
Active Certified HEPA Filter
($54.95)
or the Active Air Clean Filter
($39.95)
to provide even cleaner, fresher air. These can be used instead of
the Super Air Clean Filter
which is the standard exhaust filter in this Miele vacuum cleaner.
